Suzuki Burgman 400 (2003 - 2006)

We're still getting photos for the final Burgman 400 windshields.  The photo here shows the shape and design of the windshield, but doesn't show the black masking decal that was added at the end of the design process.  The decal is intended to cover the dashboard when viewed from the front.

These windshields come in 4 sizes: Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large.  All sizes are 23.5" wide near the fairing (7 inches wider than the stock screen) and taper off to 17.5" wide (2.5" wider than stock) at the top.

NOTE: These windshields will NOT work on the 2007 or newer models.

Tinted Shields

NOTE: We generally don't stock tinted shields for the Burgman 400.  If you order a tinted shield, we'll have Clearview make the shield for you and drop-ship it to your address.  Unfortunately, this process can take some time; we've seen it take anywhere from 2 - 10 weeks to have a windshield manufactured, and then another few days for shipping.

Suzuki Burgman 650, Standard

Our windshields designed for the Burgman 650 have a shape similar to the stock screen, so you can maintain more of a stock appearance, but are larger to offer more protection.  The top section is re-curved to provide great coverage while allowing the rider the option for a ClearView over the top.  The compound shape on the top also reduces screen flutter or vibration, reducing helmet noise and increasing screen life.

NOTE: Windshields designed for the "standard" Burgman 650 will not fit on a Burgman 650 Executive; windshields designed for the Burgman 650 Executive will not fit on a "standard" Burgman 650.

These windshields come in 4 sizes: Medium, Large, X-Large, and XX-Large.  All sizes have a 27.5" width in the lower section and taper off to a 19" width at the top.

If you'd like to be able to let a little breeze through from time to time, you might consider having your windshield built with our optional windshield vent.  This is the same kind of vent found on many newer Gold Wing motorcycles.

Comparing Stock Shield to Medium Clearview Shield

We've installed the Medium Clearview shield on Tara's Burgman 650 (Standard), with the Adjustable Vent option.  As you can see, even the Medium size shield provides substantially more coverage than the stock windshield.
